This is important because you may want to consider what you might be holding onto that needs releasing and why there is there a disconnect with your body. With this program the goal is to help you achieve your physical goals and teach you to really connect with your body, focusing on how you move and breathe. Because the real mind-body connection goes beyond reps and sets—it's about breaths. While movement is the key, our breath becomes the healing medicine.
